Path of self realization meditation was not difficult to practice still, most human beings world over hesitated in undertaking journey of self realisation! Why? What is that hindrance on path of self realization that people feared most! Can any human being world over... belonging to any religion, faith or belief can indulge in yoga meditation and finally reach stage of self realisation?

On path of self realization one thing is for sure... following teachings of self realization fellowship no human being world over ever reached stage of self realisation... including revered Paramhansa Yogananda! This absolute fact of life is made clear in, "An autobiography of a Yogi"... a book by Paramhansa Yogananda!

Self realization can only be gained via path of spirituality as detailed in sacred Bhagavad Gita of Hinduism! In the present scientific age... in present Kali Yuga... Dark Age... metal age one could never reach God Almighty via path of bhakti yoga alone! Path of bhakti yoga is not that easily travelled as it seemed! Mere indulgence in rituals never meant following path of bhakti yoga!

Total submission to God Almighty is easily said than done! In a world full of glamour, glare of material riches... dominated by a bloated ego most human beings pursued materialistic goals of life! Never for once people thought about following spiritual path that directly led to God Almighty! Taking a dip in Ganges River... visiting horde of temples became their pastime!

Can such religious travellers ever reach stage of self realization, God realization... enlightenment in their lifetime? For gaining self realisation... for self realization meditation... indulgence in path of yoga meditation was necessitated! Unless one contemplated on God Almighty all the time... one never reached God in present life!

Path of self enquiry... path of Neti (not this, not this) as preached and advocated by Maharishi Ramana is a sure shot method of reaching God in present life time! Path of self enquiry means travelling path of jnana yoga... path of absolute wisdom as detailed in sacred Bhagavad Gita of Hinduism! One could never indulge in spirituality in absence of path of jnana yoga!

For gaining self realization, God realization... assimilating pearls of wisdom contained in Bhagavad Gita was an absolute necessity! Unless one exhibited willpower demonstrated by Swami Vivekananda... one never gained self realisation... God realization in present life! Truly self realization... God realization is not that easily achieved as believed by many!

Path of spirituality... path of gaining self realization meant establishing absolute control over five senses and mind! In present times when glitter of gold and diamonds ruled the roost... pursuing journey of self realisation seemed cumbersome... unrealistic... prime reason why people preferred travelling religious path... than spiritual journey!

For travelling spiritual path sincerely and diligently, for indulgence in self realization meditation... practising Neti (not this, not this) lying in shavasna pose of yoga was necessitated! Ramana Maharishi... one who realized God in his lifetime practiced Neti (path of self enquiry) all the time until he reached stage of self realisation... God realization!

The right form of practising yoga meditation was indulgence in path of self enquiry... Neti! How many human beings world over indulged in path of self enquiry... Neti! If we have the determination to succeed against all odds... we can definitely reach stage of self realization... God realization in present life!

Before pursuing path of pure spirituality... before undertaking journey of self realization... our understanding definition and meaning of self realisation was an absolute must! Achievements on path of self realization could not be expressed through spiritual terminology... experiences of self realisation are beyond capture of words!

Noble are people who travelled spiritual path to gain self realization! If Sri Ramakrishna Paramhansa and Maharishi Ramana could do it in their lifetime... so could others! The best part of Bhagavad Gita is... any human being world over, belonging to any religion, faith or belief can ceremoniously follow teachings contained in Bhagavad Gita without ever converting to Hinduism!

Self realization is reaching God within present life!
